Ahsan Ullah, Director (Procurement), Balochistan PPP Authority
Mr. Ahsan Ullah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Quaid-e- Azam University Islamabad and BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from Government College University Lahore. He has professional certifications in ‘Procurement and Supply Chain’ from Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), United Kingdom, and “Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects and Programms & E-Procurement Management’ delivered by International Labour Organization (ILO) Italy. He holds almost 12 years of experience in Procurement of Goods, Works and Services.
Prior to his role at BPPPA, Ahsan Ullah served as Assistant Director (Grievances) in Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) for 8 years. He also holds the additional charge of Assistant Director (Goods, Works and Services) in BPPRA.
