Mr. Arsalan Ali is a Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE, USA) and has certifications in Anti-money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and Public Finance Accountant (APFA). He has over a decade of experience in Investments & Financial Modelling, Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects, Transaction Advisory Services, Public Procurements, Internal & External Audits, Fraud Investigations, Compliance and Dispute Resolution Services.
Prior to his role at BPPPA, Arslan served as Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) at Transkarachi (a Public Sector Commercial Company – Implementing Agency of Karachi BRT Redline Project being financed by Asian Development Bank (ADB), 3 years as Head of Investment & Procurement at Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) and 8 years at EY Ford Rhodes (one of the Big 4 Audit Firms).
